Introducing...FAN FEST

For your chance to meet the mascots and players don't miss out on FAN FEST, a once-in-a-lifetime experience at this year's Legends Game. Kicking off at 6.05pm, players and mascots will be available for autographs and photos before the game gets underway at 7.30pm.

Hamish & Andy to Play in the Game

Get ready Australia, Hamish and Andy are set to take personal space invasion to a whole new level in this year's EJ Whitten Legends Game, next Tuesday, 1st July.

Hamish is set to play for the All Stars, while Andy will match up against him for the Big V as they do battle with former champions of the AFL. 

A self-confessed 'sleeper', Hamish's football career is a closely guarded secret. With no records or statistics to go on, he'll certainly have the element of surprise! The Melbourne Football Club has taken the young recruit under their wing and we believe Garry Lyon will give him a few tips before the game.

A degree in Commerce and a Cleo Bachelor of the Year Award are both unlikely to help Andy in his debut for Victoria. As a talented hockey player however, Lee’s strength will lie in his clever footwork and high level of fitness. With age on his side, Lee could be a real problem for the All Stars, provided he keeps out of reach from the likes of ‘Champs’ and Scotty Cummings.

Whitten Dinner Bookings Close Today

Today's your last chance to purchase tickets to the 2008 Whitten Dinner, a wonderful evening of entertainment, delicious food and some of the AFL’s biggest names.

As part of the Ray White EJ Whitten Legends Game, the Whitten Dinner celebrates the legacy of the great EJ Whitten in support of Prostate Cancer research and awareness. This year the Dinner will be hosted by The Footy Show's finest, Trevor Marmalade with a special guest appearance by one of Australia's best stand stand-up comics, Dave Grant.

Register before 5pm today for the chance to play alongside your AFL heroes in the Ray White EJ Whitten Legends Game.

Two winners will be selected by the coaches: Chris Connolly (VIC) and Neale Daniher (AS), with one player selected to play for Victoria and the other to line up with the All Stars.

Think you’ve got what it takes? Know someone ready to strap on the boots for a good cause?

We're looking for people who love their footy and are keen to give it 'a red hot go' in honour of the great EJ Whitten. We want passion, we want determination, we want people who are ready to 'stick it right up them'.

Players Soon to be Announced

The votes are in.

After several long months of try-outs, fitness tests and psychological assessments, the draft has been run and won.

We've narrowed it down to fifty of the league's finest, with two new coaches to whip them into shape for the match on Tuesday, 1st July.

With 15 'rookies' and a swag of celebrity guests, this year's list is one of the most talented we've seen.

All will be revealed at a pre-game training session this Thursday, 19th June.
